Fayez is a US Citizen Born in Egypt in 1942, father and grandfather, lives in the US since 1980 and in Tucson since 1990.

- Worked at the Middle Eastern Regional Radioisotope Center- Cairo, International Atomic Energy Agency-Vienna, Heidelberg University, Germany, Um Al Qura University- Saudi Arabia, University of Michigan- Ann Arbor, and University of Arizona/ US Veterans Medical Center.
- Educator, Researcher, Clinician on Radiation therapy, and regulator on Radiation monitoring and safety.
- Graduate/ Member, FBI Citizen’s Academy (2007-Present).
- Cofounder/ Organizer, Tucson Peace Walk (PW) and International Center for Peace (ICPJ).
- Board member of Culture of Peace Alliance (COPA), Muslim Community Center (MCC).
